Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology and the Virginia University of Science and Technology organized large data management and application undergraduate education projects, and the project running school is located in Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology. The cultivation model is "3 + 1", and 120 people are planned each year.
Shaanxi University of Science and Technology and Ukraine Kiev National Process Design University cooperates to hold a doctoral education project of design, project running schools in Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, using independent enrollment model, and enroll 30 people every year.
Xianyang Normal University cooperates with the UK London City University, organized undergraduate education programs for pre-school education.
